Cyrus is indeed, a frightening thing to behold. He's well over six feet tall, bordering on seven, and his eyes are a mass of blue and purple, with no visible pupils. His hair is white, shading down to purple gradually at the tips, cut unevenly so that the right side of his hair is longer then the other. He usually wears a long trenchcoat, torn and ripped jeans, and a black shirt, a gunbelt strapped around his chest to hold his revolver, something that's almost always with him. His feet never touch the ground, only hovering slightly above it in a mockery of walking, and he never wears shoes.
Cyrus was the third in the M-2 Specimen project, the second successfully living specimen. While the previous M-2's had been constructed entirely of Mew genes, Cyrus' gene structure was a mixture of both human and Mew genes, resulting in the human-appearing male. He spent the first two years of his life in the facility. His odd genetic code allowed him to age exponentially in a short time, but to be eternally frozen at the age he appears to be now. His hair grew slower, and his voice was permanently affected by the all too quick growing process, giving him the accent that he has now, slurring his words together and changing c's into z's.
After the scientists at the PGRI had studied him for two years, they had finished their work with him, and ordered him killed. Cyrus escaped, somehow making his way into the nearby city. Confused and completely ignorant of human society, he collapsed on the street, where Rick and Daniel found him. They took care of his wounds, dressed him properly and cleaned him up, making him look more human, while asking him where he had come from. He told them, and with this knowledge they decided to take care of Cyrus as long as possible, giving him his name.
While before he had not even tried to pretend to be human, Rick and Daniel's love and care for him made him believe that he could live a normal life. They taught him everything they knew, Daniel teaching Cyrus how to shoot, something that he loved, while Rick educated Cyrus in various books and the like. The two of them loved Cyrus deeply, and considered him to be their child. Cyrus was all too willing to believe in having parents, particularly ones who would comfort him when he had constant nightmares about the facility.
Once, Cyrus and his parent went out to a restaurant, where they were harassed by someone who made fun of Cyrus' appearance. Cyrus fought back angrily, revealing his full appearance that he normally kept hidden under hats and coats, humiliating the man who swore revenge on Cyrus. They left the restaurant, hoping that no more would come from it, but as it turned out, the PGRI was looking for Cyrus, and now the man had the information he needed.
Instead of going themselves, the scientists at the PGRI sent a task force to fetch Cyrus, who hid and refused to come out. His parents tried bravely to defend him, but the entire episode ended with them both being killed for interfering. This was not a smart thing to do, and Cyrus literally exploded with rage, destroying the people who had killed his parents and the entire city block.
Despondent and depressed after his parents death, which he blamed on himself, Cyrus took to smoking and drinking in an effort to forget his problems. He spent a few months on the loose, causing problems wherever he went that were successively embarassing the PGRI more and more, until finally the infamous threesome, Kagakusha, Denka, and Dowasure, came to get him. They tranquilized him and dragged him off before anyone could notice, and returned him to the facility so he couldn't cause any more disruptions. Cyrus was NOT happy about this.
While there, Cyrus spent weeks, confined and given an emitter to control his powers, sitting and wishing he had something to drink or smoke and hating himself progressively more as the days went along. After Dowasure brought him some food, along with utensils, Cyrus tried to kill himself, tired of living with the guilt. As he almost bled to death, his parents seemed to come to him, reaffirming that they believed in him, loved him, and didn't want him to die, because somewhere there was someone who would eventually make them happy. Apparently Cyrus believed them enough to recover his wounds, one of the abilities his Pokémon half had lent him.
Dowasure discovered this and was sent into a guilt spiral about it, which amused Cyrus quite a bit. The other scientists debated what to do while Cyrus managed to make a mental connection with B, who voiced all the doubts Cyrus had ever had about himself back at him. Angry and frustrated, Cyrus tried to block Mewtwo from his mind, but succeeded in blocking more then that, sending himself almost into a coma-like state. The scientists who came to check on his condition were shocked, Dowasure the worst of all. They assured the young doctor that Cyrus "really wasn't dead", ushered him out of the room, then threw Cyrus away, having decided that they were finished with him after all.
Cyrus woke in a dumpster, angry, but happy that he had escaped again, no matter how he had done so. He found his gun once again and set off, this time resolving to leave the PGRI for good.
This plan became complicated as the PGRI continued to float in his thoughts, and he decided that no one would ever truly be safe until it was destroyed. He went back, this time resolving to finally finish off the place for good.
Then he found Drak.
He had been snooping through the files on the computers, finding information that said Drak was extremely important, so attempted to take him hostage. Drak did not take kindly to this, and he and Cyrus eventually had a mental battle, ending with Cyrus actually losing for the first time in his life. Once in the mental space, they conversed for a while, ending on more amiable terms, while Kagakusha appeared, armed and waiting. She restrained Cyrus and took him to a restraining cell, while Drak was led back to his own.
Drak and Cyrus continued to speak mentally, Drak becoming Cyrus' first friend, and they continued to learn more about one another. Cyrus was beginning to trust him and told him things he had previously only told his parents, and when Drak promised to get Cyrus out, he actually believed him. At this point, Kagakusha's superiors ordered her to permanently break Cyrus' will, to make a weak point they'd always be able to exploit. They, in essence, ordered her to rape him, and her fanatical obsession with her job allowed Namida to do so, while Hana wept. Cyrus never fully recovered from the incident, and although he hated Kagakusha with all his heart before, he hated and feared her now. Cyrus never really told anyone exactly what happened, but Drak was able to guess with what had happened as he had been there, because he was present in Cyrus' mind while it happened.
Drak made good his promise, getting Cyrus out of the facility, but Cyrus didn't want to go alone anymore. He wanted Drak to come with him, but Drak refused. He still had things he had to do, he said, and Cyrus was forced to leave against his will.
Cyrus lingered outside of the facility for an hour or so before deciding that he had to go back for Drak, not wanting to leave his only friend behind. When he finally homed in on his location, he found him being attacked by the demon creatures Michelle and Gabriella, but his weakness came into play after defeating them. He was unable to move against Kagakusha when she came towards him, and he backed away from her, allowing her the room she needed to try and shoot Teishi. Drak jumped in front of Teishi, taking the shot for him, and Cyrus watched his parent's death replay in front of his eyes.
Cyrus exploded, again, but this time his prey got away, as Kagakusha made her escape as quickly as possible. Dowasure and Teishi, both present, tried desperatly to keep Drak alive, while Cyrus began to have a complete mental breakdown over the thought of losing someone he cared about again. He desperately tried to bring Drak back to life, and inadvertantly used his "recover" ability on him, healing the damage that Drak took. Drak was resurrected, and Cyrus denied he had ever felt anything, although they both knew better.
At this point, they went after Kagakusha, who had retreated to the safety of her lab. She used Ella E who had been captured earlier as a bargaining chip to make Drak do what she wished, and Drak managed to convince Cyrus the same. They both let Kagakusha take the samples she needed from them to complete Kame's genetic info, and Kame awoke. Cyrus struggled to fight against her, but Kame's power far exceeded his own, particularly in her ability to bring previous injuries forward.
At this point, something called to Cyrus that he could not define, and he had to follow, thus inadvertantly dragging Drak and the others with him as well.
Currently Cyrus is standing in front of M-2 Specimen A's tank.
Cyrus swears often and frequently, and never hesitates to say how he feels. He's extremely rough, has almost no consideration for other people's feelings, and doesn't care or notice how much pain he causes other people. He is fiercely protective and territorial and can get insanely jealous of other people he feels are trying to "steal" someone he cares about away from him. He doesn't understand a lot of human society and doesn't want to. He has relatively good self-esteem. He hates Kagakusha with a passion, and hates Denka and Dowasure with less intensity. He hates and fears the PGRI and anything associated with it. It takes a great deal of effort to get him to open up to anyone, and he refuses to be a burden to anyone, wandering aimlessly instead. He HATES being called Mewthree with a terrible intensity, and does not hesitate to use his power against people who annoy him. He doesn't understand submission or giving up, and is very stubborn when he decides his opinion about something.
