Not much is known about Conkista. She used to be friends with Max, but had an unhealthy obsession with Onixes and owned a Golduck. She went to help one that had got caught in the rain, and that was the last anyone saw of her until Ella E ran into her. She now lives with the Onixes in a giant, underground city. From Ella E's encounter, Conkista interprets things literally and has a surprisingly plesant voice. She can communicate with any Onix, and often knows what they are feeling or thinking just by being near them. They revere her as their leader.
Max had an unhealthy fascination with her which lead to the Vermillion Massacre. Not much else is known about her.
